PPP leadership fumes at Khursheed Shah's statement on caretaker PM
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Ex-federal minister Khursheed Shah’s statement about the appointment of caretaker prime minister has become controvertial.
According to the sources, the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leadership fumed at Khursheed Shah over his statement regarding the caretaker prime minister.
The sources said Shah made a statement about the caretaker prime minister without permission of the party leadership.
Shah’s statement about the caretaker prime minister was against the party policy, said PPP.
After Shah’s statement, the PPP leadership stopped the party leaders from making rhetoric about the caretaker prime minister.
Khursheed Shah had said the PPP was not taken on board on the name of Anwarul Haq Kakar as caretaker PM.
He said Anwarul Haq Kakar’s name had been taken from the Senate and it would have been better any other person would have been chosen for this coveted slot.
